DAIYA KIDS UGANDA was born out of the idea that children are as precious as diamonds in the rough. It’s only when a good workman does the polishing that their true value becomes more and more apparent. Our school caters not only to the educational needs of our children but also to their physical, spiritual and intellectual upbringing. With support from partners such as ACT FOR CHILDREN AROUND THE WORLD SWEDEN, HELP @ HAND SWEDEN,DAIYA KIDS GERMANY and other partners, we have been able to rescue and resettle over 60 kids from the streets of Kampala and other major towns, some of whom are in our homes and attending our school called Daiya kids academy in lopeei subcounty, Napak District, Karamoja Region and Daiya kids school in Kampala city with over 500 children attending on a daily basis. We humbly appeal to our partners to stand with us as we continue to bring hope in the lives of the children under care so that they are able to continue with their education for a brighter future.
